Gary Smith
Gary Smith grew up in Greenwood, South Carolina. He graduated from the Citadel in 1983 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and served five years in the United States Air Force where he achieved the rank of Captain. After completing his military service, he enrolled in the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1991. He moved to Aiken after graduation.
